Grappa Blanco - Our most traditional Grappa, distilled from the Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet wine grapes grown in the Yakima valley. We collect our pomace seasonally from local wineries immediately after pressing. Directly from the still, our Blanco is stored in stainless steel to blend batches and allowed to soften to the desired perfection. Filtered then bottled at 84 proof our Blanco Grappa has been compared to a fine Tequila with a hint of the wine grape. We recommend paring it with a shot of espresso or a sweet treat such as a chocolate covered coffee bean.

Grappa Giallo - Our more complex Grappa, distilled from the Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet wine grapes grown in Yakima Valley. We collect our pomace seasonally from local wineries immediately after the pressing. Directly from the still, our Giallo is stored in French oak till golden in color and rich in personality. Filtered and bottled at 84 proof our Giallo Grappa has a smokey sweet aroma with a hint of raisins, vanilla and spices. Similar to an American bourbon, the best way to enjoy this experience is straight up or with a fine cigar.

 Grappa Reserve - Similar to our Blanco our reserve is personally selected during our 2008 run for its softness and rich flavor. Smooth enough to be bottled at 100 proof, we wanted to offer our seasoned Grappa consumer something with a little kick. Unfortunately we only have a limited supply.
